Techno-magical elements are used to fortify my interpretation of this ritual under the current astrological influence of Pluto in Aquarius, an ouroboric fixing of past through present and future influence that bypasses the illusion of the veil in our era. This is proving imperative to properly translate classical forms of ritual for those who want an undiluted expression of it. It also indicates that this working can become an active influence for the seeker over the next 20 years, before having made its final impression.
The meaning of katabasis is to make a descent to the underworld; each time this is prompted for your spirit body you are conducting a soul retrieval, deconditioning yourself from inhibition, reconciling aspects of the shadow, tuning into the threshold between mortality and immortality.. earthly and unearthly, facing your duality and the potency of oneself by transformative measure.
How this unfurls for you is highly dependent upon where you are along your path, what needs or revelations of being within this arena are most pressing. In the mystery cultic tradition, no individual will come out quite the same on the other side.
As for immediate impact – some describe states of ecstasis, some catharsis, while others have mentioned poltergeist activity, and at times the bodily side effects of energy integration which may include purging of ‘miasma’ – this can be unsettling but is always essential should it occur. My process has always been the same. It is a ritual held from dusk until dawn, and is conducted in three stages, of three separate locations.
*You will receive from the ritual completion either a photo where I am permitted during the work, a divination conducted during the work of any method I may be led to, a channeled spell, sigils or glyphs of significance, occasionally a combination of these things that activate a greater experience when absorbed together.
*If opting for the deluxe service, you will also receive an ouroboric visual of your aura [as directly relevant to the work performed] representing before, after, and in the future progression expected of this ritual implementation. It is for you to interpret as it is personal, however I will remark upon what I am compelled to. This allows you to engage with the totality of transition via Katabasis performed, and will tend to be applicable until the year 2044. It is a sentient, talismanic visual entity that can provoke greater insights about your path and exhume the buried from within. This will take an additional week to complete once the ritual is sealed. It is created and consecrated in traditional ways, then transfigured and presented digitally.
